    Stripo license & editor question

Yes, we have an agency account with Stripo and build all our emails directly there + give our clients access to their own Stripo projects where they can build their own emails. From there they can push their finished emails directly into their MW account with a single push of a button (API...

    Stripo license & editor question

I think you just need your own Stripo plugin license: https://stripo.email/plugin/ - pick the features you need. We're only using Stripo externally and push the emails into MW via API. It's an amazing builder, hands down the best we've ever used.

    That's a shame.

    Zapier Official App is Here!

@twisted1919, just tested the Google Sheet > Mailwizz connection w/ Zapier and it works great. Just one issue: if the list I'm adding subscribers to is set to "double-opt-in", each manual addition will trigger a confirmation request. That's all fine if the signup is being initiated by the user...

    {"errors":{"license_key":"This license is already registered to another MailWizz instance"},"message":"General error","status":"error"}

Holy moly. I'm having this too all of a sudden. Is the license my Code Canyon purchase code from 2014?

    Autoresponders: Incl./excl. manually added subscribers

Thanks, guys. I would vote for the latter... or an additional option to also exclude backend entries from autoresponders.

    Autoresponders: Incl./excl. manually added subscribers

Just realised that manually added subscribers (via the list subscribers > "create new" button) are not treated as imports but as signups and that autoresponders set to not include imports are still sending to those manually added. Can that be tweaked or changed and an extra option added so we...

"Unsubscribe request" in subject line, empty body

I'm getting unsubscribe requests with the following subject line (example): Campaign-Uid:fw3093g5aa27f / Subscriber-Uid:vw1336s3f2011 - Unsubscribe request ... and an empty body. I understand that the email box monitor can only pick up unsubscribe requests from the body. Am I being an idiot, or...

Custom tags not working correctly in subject lines

I'm sure this would be a good solution. Looking forward to seeing this implemented soon. Thanks.

Custom tags not working correctly in subject lines

I was wondering if a more flexible date format, as suggested above, to allow [CURRENT_DATE format="d M, Y"] using the ISO method, has been or can be implemented. We have so many use cases for this, from event management, to subject line population etc. It would be amazing to have more options here.

How do others sign up users to many lists?

What I would do in that case is subscribe a few test records and check how they display the check box column upon CSV output. That then gives you a view of how to construct your import to accommodate those custom fields. If there's a wider issue with forcing checkbox fields via import (I've...

How do others sign up users to many lists?

Why don't you let them select the newsletter type and - in a separate radio button list - the day of week. Then create combinations in the segments. That's much less clunky than a full weekday list for each newsletter. Also, if you want to see the segmented records, you have to click "matching...

How do others sign up users to many lists?

Under custom fields, add a radio list field and add options to the weekdays in that field. Make sure the field is set to visible and make it mandatory to force an entry (or not if you want to have a default/control day and invite subscriber to make their selection via the preferences link. Then...

How do others sign up users to many lists?

Not sure why you would think that. I run a complete portfolio of different email types through a single list, just using segmentations. My focus is on letting the subscriber decide via the preferences what they want to receive and when.

How do others sign up users to many lists?

You create a custom field (options field / multi-select - whatever you need) with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc. Make that field visible and include it in the preference centre / signup form and let people pick their option. You then create a segment for each weekday and only send to the...

How do others sign up users to many lists?

One list, multiple tags/custom fields. Then create segments for the different types of broadcast rules.

Anything similar to mailchimp's Tags functionality?

I understand it's because their CRM customers can create any tags in their account that suits their need. So, the segments have to be created AFTER the tags are introduced.
