    Crashes on Split

I've tried splitting at 500 & 1,000 records, it seems to die on both. I have been trying to split into between 7 & 10 sublists (it's a 1.5 million record starting list), it dies between 30,000 & 60,000 records, almost randomly.....

    Crashes on Split

When I split my list, it begins the split and then crashes, returning a "not found". I'm running PHP 7.1, but it's done this on 7.0 as well. List size is 1.5 million records.

    PCNTL On, Sending Only Single-Threaded

PCNTL is enabled & running on my server: the machine actually runs up to 50 processes at once no problem, I can see them all using the top command they seem fine. However, the sender connection to my mail relay is only running single-threaded or single-instance, so the overall send speed is...

    Unsubscribe Form Not Working?

Nope, from InfusionSoft the HTTP post isn't working. Hmmmm - wonder why that is. I copied the form below to my desktop and tested it - it definitely DOES work as a single opt-out. BTW - The form field is EMAIL, apparently. Maybe ListSubscriber is an internal variable it gets converted to...

    Unsubscribe Form Not Working?

Ah! Thanks - maybe that was the problem. The unsub form example showed EMAIL, or at least I thought it did....

    Unsubscribe Form Not Working?

BTW - Also, any info on associate a server with a list? I need to warm up an IP, so I need to associate it with a small list, or something so that I can do our normal sends with the regular server, and then smaller warm-ups with the new IP

    Unsubscribe Form Not Working?

Kind of related to the above - if there's NO way to remove without the confirmation button, then I can manually remove the leads as I go for this project. How can I upload a list to remove from an existing list in MailWizz?

    Unsubscribe Form Not Working?

We use InfusionSoft, I want to automate the unsubscribe process - it gives me a post URL (doesn't specify accept UTF 8), and it will let me add any argument I want. I have the list setup for "single opt-out", but it appears that there's still a confirmation button required? How can I do a...

    MailWizz vs. Interspire Email Marketer

I believe their IPs are through Gossamer Threads in Vancouver BC. I may be mistaken about that, however. There are probably tons of small Indy shops like this all over the place with better price points than the big guys have. Greatmail knows what they're doing though and we've always had good...

    MailWizz vs. Interspire Email Marketer

Yes! We use a company called "Greatmail" at http://greatmail.com/ - they're big on customer service, have great equipment, a wonderful network, all that stuff. Other alternatives might be SMTP.com, Sendgrid, PostMark, etc. However, those cost more and we're totally happy with Greatmail, so we...

    MailWizz vs. Interspire Email Marketer

Hi Lakjin -- You asked about Process Control (PCTNL) and in-housing an ESP/reputation, etc.... When I first setup MailWizz, from everything I read in the forums I expected PCNTL to be an optional module, but so far, on 3 different servers across 2 different hosting companies, it's been...

Hash Busting / Random Text Add-In

Random content tag works great! Works in title, pre-header, and body perfectly! WOW! Built in email spinner! Amazing!

Hash Busting / Random Text Add-In

Random content tag? Had no idea! I'll take it for a test drive. Google limits: the reference above is inbound per recipient, but what about inbound to the network per message?

Hash Busting / Random Text Add-In

Some email spam-scanners analyze the text in emails to create a HASH value that they assign to the message. Send to many of that particular message in a certain period of time, and they go straight to the spam folder because of the hash value (so I've heard...) This probably explains why our...

    MailWizz vs. Interspire Email Marketer

We have different builds on a couple of servers. One has a 4-core 2.2 ghz proc with 4 gigs RAM & 5600rpm HDD. The other has a 12 or 16 core 2.2ghz Xeon with 64 gigs Ram and 250 gig SSD. Both are Linux, one's Debian, the other I forget. They can both send 150k messages in an hour. Lessons...

Unsubscribe Not Doing "Single Opt Out"?

I have it set for single opt-out, because we have an automated feedback tool that does some unsubs by clicking links from feedback loops. When I did my build, I set it for single opt-out, but it still requires verification?

    MailWizz vs. Interspire Email Marketer

We have 2 servers, both run at this speed. The smaller one is a 2.2ghz, 4-core CPU with 8 gigs of RAM, and it's a dedicated application server with MailWizz and the MySQL database on the same machine. It's in the same data-center as the SMTP relay. The limiting factor was the SMTP gateway - we...

    MailWizz vs. Interspire Email Marketer

MailWizz is SO STINKING FAST that it's amazing - in fact, the software is fast enough that all of sudden everything else is becoming a bottleneck. We can currently send 150,000 an HOUR without even taxing the system - of course, we had to upgrade our server, upgrade our SMTP relay to handle the...
