I check the installation of the backup software, it required to login to the backend access first however, I couldn't even open the webpage. I will probably get it for my other server however, at the moment is there any solutions that I could back up my list and blacklist list manually?

I checked my httpd.config file is blank inside. I have tried to copy the file from my other server to here and change the domain name. But it's still not working. :( I have tried to add the index.html file to public_html too but it's still not working. If that so, can I backup whole mailwizz...

I first installed mailwizz and everything is doing fine. Few days after i installed wordpress, i can't open mailwizz or wordpress either. I have then deleted all the wordpress files but still I can't open back my mailwizz. May I know if there any conflict file happen? Please help... Sorry for...

Thanks alot for the reply! now i have another problem. LOL. I'm setting up another smtp with mailwizz. I followed exactly the same way to set up however the bounce is not trigger. I doubt it's because of my hostname and nameserver is different so the bounce server is not functioning...
