    1M, but this isn't the issue, as the files uploaded had only 4 lines

    I've tested the text and csv import subscribers tools and none of them worked. Even with the demo file provided in each case. The import starts, looks like a clean finish (no error or message is displayed) Checking back the subscriber list there is nothing new added.
