What you can do is in the List settings where it says Sub. exists redirect you can just put the url to the e-book. That way if MailWizz finds the email is already registered on your list then it will just take them straight to the e-book.

Well that was an easy fix. You didnt assign your delivery server to a customer. Please next time read what people tell you to read, it will not only help you fix your problem quicker but will also help you gain knowledge about MailWizz and help you understand how things work better :)

Hi Bruno, With Single Opt-In working and Double Opt-In not it will mean you need to check your delivery servers, as Double Opt-In will send an email out getting your subscribers to confirm they want to join your mailing list. Where as Single Opt-In doesnt, so that leave it with something to do...
