Multiple Domains with One Delivery Server

If multiple customers with different groups but one delivery server on the backend and using 3rd party smtp servers like mailgun/sparkpost etc... If customer is aware of the second domain hosted, then he is able to send email just by changing the from email id from campaign manager, How can this be restricted, also delivery server should remain one only and we do not wish to create multiple delivery servers.
By this automation of customer signup and adding his domain along with payments can be automated, else delivery server would always be a manual process.

@twisted1919 when using third party api/smtp sending domain doesnt have any value, stil we have added the domain but didnt verified the spf/dkim records as customer is adding 3rd party dns records.

Doesn't matter, without being able to verify those records, which are directly connected to the domain, they can't validate the sending domain. And if you force them to have valid sending domains or they can't sent, then this fixes your problem. Or at least if I get this right.
