W Wav3front New Member Wednesday at 11:54 AM #1 Hi, I'm using Postal API for a delivery server. It seems that emails that have bounced, they don't appear in mailwizz. Postal reports several emails as soft or hard fail, but mailwizz reports 0. What configuration could be wrong? Thanks Alex

Did you check the inbox of bounce address to see if there any bounces in there? Because if they aren't, there is nothing to be processed by MW and the problem might be that you did not attach the bounce server to your used delivery server. if you have bounces try manually run and debug the bounce-handler command, similar with how is explained here: https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/debug-send-campaigns-command/ , use bounce-handler instead of send-campaigns.
