Hi Guys

Is there a way to remove users from an automation sequence that have not opened or click on any emails after 10 emails have been sent to the subcriber?

What I need to do is to remove people ho has not opened or click my last 10 emails, not removed them based on time inactive

For this we don't have something to be done automatically, you can do these manually by filter these subscribers and then you can select which action to take on this subscribers by selecting Action.

Can I use a similar command to set up a list of unsubscribes from List that I can then use on a different list. I have a general file that I promote different products to, I then make sub-files of people who show interest in a specific product by clicking on a sales link. But when I promote to this sub-file I need to make sure I suppress all the unsubscribes from the general file, how do I do this?

You can create a suppression list from Customer > Lists > Suppression Lists import there all unsubscribed emails and then select that suppression list in campaign.
