Password reset

I forgot my back end password and when I enter my email to get may reset link, I get no email. How else can I reset my password?
I am able to login to the customer area so it is a different password.
 
ok, so I got the email now but when I click on the link I get or copy and paste, I get a 404 error page so I can't reset it.

And when it does work, the link takes me to this page, stating the new login has been sent to my email but I don't get anything.

This happens when you do multiple requests for reset and the confirmation keys get invalidated by newer keys.
You just need to wait for the email to arrive after you submit the form.
