Send campaign to multiple segments?

Is it possible to send a campaign to multiple segments within a list? It seems this options is no longer available:
Backend -> Settings -> Customer -> Campaigns -> Send to multiple lists.

This is really not ideal at all. We have some lists with 22 segments. If we want to send to 10 of them, we would need to duplicate the email 10 times. Sometimes these emails are sent weekly. It would be a whole lot easier to just be able to select multiple segments.

This is the only way we have for now. Sending groups are a very powerful feature, start using it

For our client it is a lot of extra work whereas a simple checkbox to select segments would be a whole lot easier.
