Random content block tag not working.

Hi all and @twisted1919

i have several times experienced that setting up a campaigns with spinning content using the random content block tag is not showing all blocks.

Example:

i have made 7 blocks of content i like to spin in the campaign.

[RANDOM_CONTENT: BLOCK: 1 | BLOCK: 2 | BLOCK: 3 | BLOCK: 4 | BLOCK: 5 | BLOCK: 6 | BLOCK: 7]

All blocks are set up in the same way but with different text. however block 4 and block 5 is not showing content while 1,2,3,6,7 is showing content.

Is this something other has experienced before ?
