Scheduled Campaigns Delay sending

Hi guys, I have this issues where If a schedule a campaign, It sometimes sends on time but sometime it stays as pending sending for a long time. Any suggestion as to how to solve this?

1. Customer time ZONE
2. check 'Campaigns at once' Setting in Settings>Cron

Whats the size of the list your trying to send the campaign to?

You could also go to Backend > Miscellaneous > Emergency Action and then select Campaign Status.

The lists are 6000 & 50000 emails. Let me check the back end as per your advice
