Developer - Needed Custom Development/Feature Integration

I need to integrate some Additional Features to the Application.
1)I need Additional Data For Every Email I send
It should Contain The information about the browser of the User(Who Receives the mail)
Such as Browser version and the List of Plugins Installed in his browser
Such as Skype , Java , Flash etc

2) I need to export all the stats to a Custom Report in pdf format .
