actually Libre Office has a file converter and managed to convert and import both files.

The big thanks go to @Dan O'Shea who put the pdf manual together...I just did the conversions, so that we could perhaps produce a new version in-line with the software updates and in respect to a possible knowledge base...and I am happy if you like it ;)
 
Warning Warning about the user;
We ordered 2 services. a language pack in French and the manual/tutorial in French on May 3rd 2016
We got instant delivery of the Language pack in French but to date the seller hasnt send us the manual/tutorial, he isnt replying to our Skype messages (even he is showing online)

We have placed a dispute on paypal since last week and to date still he still no reply or decency to let us know whats going with our purchase.

This is just a friendly warning for others.

we havn't receive any paiment from this user to delivre him the tutorial, he must pay our service
 
our administrator decided to stopping to give you service and if you have payment please try to be repaid from paypal
we not interrested by our money dear we accept to work with only wise customers
 
working with wise customers meaning you have to deliver on time what the customer orders and not hide for weeks.

none delivery is not a good practice for establishing a business, credibility is key for success

then why did you request payment (we paid both requests you send to our paypal email) and didnt deliver on time?
all we want is the delivery of what we paid. and as i said above. delivery it now and we will remove the paypal dispute immediately. the money is still on your paypal account. deliver the files and we will close the dispute. very simple and easy.

you are saying that NON DELIVERY of a product or service is called harassment?
if you cant deliver then dont sell it...
