I set Mailwizz to connect with a new Sendgrid. I connect using the API key.
By right, it should connect auto set the Event web hook. This time it doesn't.
Is there something that I should look out for?
Thanks for highlighting. Yes, they are all in a group and they are still using the old settings. Let me try send and see what happen. Just to check that my settings are correct right? Trying to warmup my IP really slowly at 20 emails per minute
Hi, I have done the following settings as attached.
My intention is to rotate emailing server every 20 emails sent, slowly by 20 emails per minute.
It doesn't seem to work that way. Did I miss something?
I'm looking at: Setting a customer group where the user can only email up to 3 times a day, regardless of how many emails they can send each time.
Mailwizz settings seems to set number of emails sent per hour/day/month. That's what I see is Customers -> Group -> Sending. This type of...

If I set x email per x hours, it's not practical. If 1 customer has 1000 emails I have to set 3000 emails. Another customer has 2000 emails, I have to set 6000 emails, and so...
I've just test. Yes, it came back because that was auto configured. That's nice.
My customer is using user@domainA.com in his list.
My mailwizz is domainB.com and I use user@domainB.com to connect to Sendgrid
When I send email, I see the FROM is user@domainB.com. I want...
In this Customer->Groups->Update Customer Groups->"Force the OPT-IN process"
If I se it to yes, I understand that all optin via the form will be double optin by default.
How about importing of list and API subscription? Are they also double optin by default if I set this to "Yes"?
OK, so I don't have to set "Forward Bounce" and "Forward Spam" in mail settings because they have all been set in Event Notification? I mean, if a user send email from his account, all bounce and spam will return to Mailwizz and process for this user only?
